The invention provides a full-automatic beam transporting trolley and method. The full-automatic beam transporting trolley comprises a supporting frame laid in a beam transporting area, a steel rail is installed on the supporting frame, a flatcar structure which can walk along the steel rail and is adjustable in trolley body length is erected on the steel rail, and a steel box beam to be transported is placed on the flatcar structure. The full-automatic beam transporting trolley is mainly formed by connecting a plurality of flatcar structures through the first connecting rods, and the lengths of the first connecting rods are adjustable, so that the length of the full-automatic beam transporting trolley can be changed by selecting the first connecting rods with proper lengths according to the length of a to-be-transported steel box beam, and only the first connecting rods need to be detached during turnover; the full-automatic beam transporting trolley is hoisted to the position of the next steel rail which is laid in advance through the tower crane to be fixed again, operation is convenient, the turnover and reuse efficiency is high, resource investment is greatly reduced, and the construction cost is effectively reduced.
本发明提供了一种全自动运梁小车及方法,全自动运梁小车包括铺设在运梁区域的支撑架,支撑架上安装有钢轨,在钢轨上架设有可沿其行走且车身长度可调的平车结构,平车结构上放置有待运钢箱梁。全自动运梁小车主要由多个平车结构通过第一连接杆连接组成,而第一连接杆的长度可调,因此可以根据待运钢箱梁的长度,选择合适长度的第一连接杆以改变全自动运梁小车的长度,由此周转时只需要拆掉第一连接杆,用塔式起重机将全自动运梁小车吊至下一幅预先铺设的钢轨位置重新进行固定即可,操作方便,周转重复使用效率高,极大的减少了资源投入,有效降低了施工成本。
