The invention discloses a construction method of a cofferdam-free prefabricated U-shaped sheet pile revetment. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation work before piling is conducted; (2) a first sheet pile is driven in the initial pile sinking position; (3) a guide frame is erected; (4) a second sheet pile is driven in through the guide frame; (5) the step (4) is repeated, and the subsequent sheet piles are driven one by one till pile sinking is completed; (6) the guide frame and the formwork are dismantled, and a top beam is poured at the upper ends of the plate piles in rows through steel bar delayed coagulation soil; and (7) soil backfilling is conducted. According to the construction method, cofferdams are avoided, the construction period of the sheet pile revetment is shortened, the efficiency is high, the water stopping performance is good, and the quality is good.
