Prefabricated wave pile ecological revetment construction method
The invention relates to a construction method of a prefabricated assembly type wave pile ecological revetment. The construction method comprises the following steps of manufacturing and mounting of a guide frame, driving of wave piles, mounting of a wall-attached steel plate, mounting of conjoined channel steel, construction of a top beam and construction of a revetment system. The guide frame has the beneficial effects that the limiting auxiliary guide frame is additionally arranged on the basis of a traditional wave pile construction guide frame, the position of a wave pile can be rapidly adjusted through the physical characteristics of balls in the limiting auxiliary guide frame during construction, and the field wave pile position correcting efficiency is greatly improved; on the basis of a traditional wave pile body, the wall-attached steel plates and the conjoined channel steel are additionally arranged, wall-attached steel plate connecting seams and wave pile connecting seams are arranged in a staggered mode, and the integrity of the wave pile is greatly improved; the side formwork and bottom formwork integrated formwork is adopted, an installed inner wall tie bar and a wall-attached steel plate structure are reasonably utilized, a slope-adjacent side formwork is fixed firstly, then a water-adjacent side formwork is fixed through an opposite-pull screw rod, and high-precision formwork erecting of a top beam is achieved.
本发明涉及一种预制装配式波浪桩生态护岸施工方法,包括以下步骤:导向架的制作与安装、波浪桩打设、贴壁钢板安装、连体槽钢安装、冠梁施工、护坡体系施工。本发明的有益效果是:在传统波浪桩施工导向架的基础上增设了限位辅助导向架,施工时可利用限位辅助导向架内滚珠的物理特性实现对波浪桩位置的快速调整,大幅提高现场波浪桩的校位效率;在传统波浪桩桩体的基础上,增设了贴壁钢板及连体槽钢,且贴壁钢板连接缝与波浪桩连接缝错缝设置,大幅提升波浪桩的整体性;采用侧模底模一体化模板,并通过合理利用已安装的内壁拉结筋及贴壁钢板结构,先固定临坡侧模板,再利用对拉螺杆固定临水侧模板,实现了冠梁的高精度支模。
