The invention relates to a device for fixing a reinforcement cage and an inclinometer. The device comprises a support column, wherein the support column is a telescopic column, and the outer wall surface of the support column is staggered to define a first mounting position and a second mounting position; an electric drill is connected to the bottom of the support column, and a drill bit of the electric drill faces downwards and is magnetic; the top end of a push rod is hinged to the first mounting position, and the bottom end of the push rod is a free end which is magnetic and can swing; a channel for the inclinometer to pass through is formed in a buckle, an opening is formed in one end of the buckle, the opening provides clamping force for the inclinometer through a drill bit tightening fastener, and the buckle is magnetically connected with the free end of the push rod; a connecting rod is located on the second mounting position, and an auxiliary part which is used for opening the opening side of the buckle is arranged at the bottom of the connecting rod; and a power supply containing box is arranged on the top of the electric drill, a control box which is electrically connected with a power supply is arranged on the top of the support column, and a channel for wire harnesses to pass through is formed in the support column. According to the device, manual drilling into the reinforcement cage is not needed, and the phenomenon that the inclinometer slides when the reinforcement cage is lowered and concrete is poured is avoided.
