The supporting cross rod penetrates through the rotating fastener and the supporting base. Through the supporting transverse rod, the rotating piece and the supporting base, the pile core reinforcement cage can be fixed, recycling and reusing can be conducted after construction is completed, reinforcement waste is reduced, and the material cost and the labor cost are reduced.
