The invention relates to the technical field of slope protection, and discloses a slope protection structure for water and soil conservation. A connecting clamping groove II is clamped with a connecting clamping groove I, so that a complete passage can be formed between the connecting clamping groove II and the connecting clamping groove I, and water can flow through the passage; when flowing into an irrigation bin, a water flow can irrigate grass seeds in a planting cylinder in an infiltration mode so as to promote growth of the grass seeds, and meanwhile, the interior of a water storage chamber has a certain water storage function, and water in the water storage chamber can flow out through irrigation infiltration holes formed in the two sides and irrigate the grass seeds, so that the problem of frequent watering when the grass seed are dry is avoided. Arc-shaped partition plates are fixedly mounted in the irrigation seepage holes, so that when the oblique cutting angle of the device is large, the two sides of the arc-shaped partition plates have high water levels, and therefore grass seeds are irrigated; and the problem that the water level on one side is low and cannot flow out of the water storage chamber when the device is in a large oblique cutting angle state is solved, and the functional stability of the device is improved.
