The invention provides a deviation rectifying structure and method for horizontal deviation of a power transmission iron tower. The method comprises the steps that the horizontal displacement direction needing to be adjusted is determined; concrete counter-force supporting bottom plates are poured in the middles of the bottoms of independent foundations of the iron tower and on the two sides of the outer portions of the independent foundations of the iron tower correspondingly; cross-shaped inverted beams are mounted on the upper portions of the four independent foundations of the iron tower, an upper rear added beam and a lower rear added beam are poured between every two adjacent independent foundations of the iron tower, and extending connecting mechanisms are poured on the outer sides of the independent foundations of the iron tower; ground strip-shaped counter-force beams are additionally arranged at the upper ends of the concrete counter-force supporting bottom plates; jacking horizontal-moving counter-force beams are arranged above the ground strip-shaped counter-force beams and connected with the foundations of the power transmission iron tower; vertical concrete walls are arranged at the ends of the counter-force supporting bottom plates; rolling shafts are mounted between the ground strip-shaped counter-force beams and the jacking horizontal-moving counter-force beams, and horizontal jacks are arranged at the two ends of each jacking horizontal-moving counter-force beam; and positioning reinforced concrete plates are poured, and the rolling shafts and the jacks are removed. According to the structure and method, the steps are simple, the implementation cost is low, and the power transmission iron tower with horizontal deviation can be effectively recovered.

According to the structure and method, the steps are simple, the implementation cost is low, and the power transmission iron tower with horizontal deviation can be effectively recovered.
