Automatic dust falling system of excavator and control method
The invention relates to an automatic dust falling system of an excavator and a control method. A nozzle atomization device is connected with a booster water pump and a booster air pump through a booster water pipe and a booster air pipe respectively, the booster water pipe and the booster air pipe are provided with a booster water pipe pressure sensor and a booster air pressure sensor respectively, and the booster water pump is connected with a water storage tank through a normal-pressure water pipe; and a water level sensor, a heating device and a temperature sensor are arranged in the water storage tank, a main controller is also included, the main controller is connected with a bucket outward swinging hydraulic oil pipe pressure switch, a bucket inward retracting hydraulic oil pipe pressure switch and a display instrument. The excavator is provided with the water storage tank, a spraying device and a related pipeline system, and one booster air pump and one booster water pump are used for working at the same time, so that pressurized water and air are fully mixed and contacted in the nozzle atomization device to form larger impulsive force and generate water mist with a fine liquid drop size; and therefore, a good spraying effect is exerted on a dust raising environment, the spraying regulation ratio is wider, and more energy and water are saved.
挖掘机的自动降尘系统和控制方法,喷头雾化装置通过增压水管和增压空气管分别连接有增压水泵和增压空气泵,增压水管和增压空气管上分别设有增压水管压力传感器和增压空气压力传感器,增压水泵通过常压水管连接有储水箱,储水箱内设有水位传感器、加热装置和温度传感器,还包括主控制器,主控制器连接有铲斗外摆液压油管压力开关、铲斗内收液压油管压力开关和显示仪表。本发明通过在挖掘机配备储水箱、喷淋装置及相关管路系统,并利用一台增压空气泵和一台增压水泵同时工作,使增压后的水和空气在喷头雾化装置中充分混合接触,形成较大的冲力并产生微细液滴尺寸的水雾,从而对扬尘环境发挥很好的喷淋效果,喷淋调节比更广,更加节能节水。
