The invention discloses a public parking lot water accumulation prevention drainage system which comprises a liquid conveying mechanism, the liquid conveying mechanism comprises a bottom frame and liquid injection pressurization components, the bottom of the bottom frame is fixedly connected with a conveying frame, a plurality of filtering frames penetrate through the bottom face in the bottom frame at equal intervals, the interior of each filtering frame communicates with the interior of the conveying frame, and the number of the liquid injection pressurization components is two. Each liquid injection pressurizing component comprises a fixing plate, and the fixing plates are fixedly connected to the top of the bottom frame. In the device, when the device is used, a proper amount of water resources are injected into the protection frame and the pressurization frame, and the multiple devices are pre-buried in the designated ground body according to actual use requirements, so that accumulated water at the top of the bottom body can be effectively injected into the bottom frame through the placement frame; therefore, the water resource injected into the bottom frame can be effectively injected into the conveying frame after being filtered by the filtering frame, and the filtered water resource can be effectively conveyed into the liquid storage frame through the conveying frame.
