The hole grinding device is suitable for grinding a hole, and the hole grinding device comprises a mounting base body, a grinding head, a linear driving assembly and a rotary driving assembly; the grinding head is in a conical shape, and the grinding head can extend into the hole; the linear driving assembly is arranged on the mounting base body and drives the grinding head to do linear motion; and the rotary driving assembly is arranged on the mounting base body and drives the grinding head to rotate, and the linear driving assembly and the rotary driving assembly separately control the grinding head to move. According to the hole grinding device, the hole in a wall surface can be ground through the hole grinding device to form the V-shaped hole, so that subsequent plugging of the hole in the wall surface can be facilitated.
