The invention discloses a preparation method of a toughened aluminum oxide ceramic blank. The preparation method comprises the following steps: s1, preparing a toughening material; s2, preparing a ceramic material; s3, carrying out compression molding and mixing work; s4, carrying out segmented drying treatment; s5, performing sintering treatment in a manner that the continuous fiber preformed blank is placed on molten metal, the molten metal permeates into a preformed body due to the capillary action, the preformed body is in the air or oxidizing atmosphere, and the compact continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite containing a small amount of residual metal is formed; s6, injecting nano-cellulose into a fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material, carrying out pressing treatment by adopting an external pressing forming device, effectively controlling the pressing duration and the pressing weight, mixing raw materials, and carrying out precipitation screening to obtain the nano-cellulose. Herein, the nanocellulose is added into the formed blank, so that the overall toughness of the blank is improved, and a relatively high toughness effect is achieved.
