The telescopic emergency waterproof water retaining door comprises a scissor jack and connecting stand columns capable of being used at the two ends of the scissor jack, supporting frames are fixedly installed at the two ends of the scissor jack, and the supporting frames can horizontally move under the pressure of the scissor jack; and pushing plates are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the supporting frames, the sides, away from the supporting frames, of the pushing plates are connected with additional plates capable of being horizontally displaced and adjusted through connecting assemblies, and extending frames are fixedly arranged at the top ends and the bottom ends of the supporting frames. When the scissor jack operates, the supporting frames and the push plates can be pushed to move horizontally, so that the water retaining door is embedded in the door frame, the height of the bottom plate at the bottom end of the water retaining door can be adjusted through rotation of a first adjusting bolt, then a gap at the bottom of the door is sealed, and flood is effectively blocked.
