Dredging and deoiling pipeline robot with directional dredging structure
The invention discloses a dredging and deoiling pipeline robot with a directional dredging structure. According to the robot, a machine body is placed in a pipeline, and a knob is mounted on a side bearing of the machine body; an advancing motor is fixed in the top of a mounting seat in an embedded manner; a dredging motor is fixed in the machine body in an embedded mode, and the output end of the dredging motor is connected with a mounting disc; a movable groove is formed in the side, close to the mounting disc, of the machine body, one end of the movable groove penetrates through the machine body and is located on the outer side of the machine body, and a positioning rod is fixed to the side of the stand column; and a water tank is fixed in the machine body in an embedded mode and located between a bevel gear transmission assembly and the dredging motor. According to the pipeline dredging and deoiling robot with the directional dredging structure, multidirectional directional dredging operation is conducted on pipelines of different specifications, meanwhile, oil dirt can be cleaned in cooperation with spraying of cleaning liquid, and crushing and vibration cleaning of stubborn dirt on the inner walls of the pipelines are achieved while stable dredging is guaranteed.
