Regenerated powder solidified shield muck mixed material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a regenerated powder solidified shield muck mixed material. The mixed material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of shield muck, 10 to 30 parts of regenerated powder, 20 to 27 parts of water, 1.0 to 3.0 parts of sodium hydroxide and 1.0 to 3.0 parts of sodium silicate. The material can be used for foundations and roadbed materials. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the regenerated powder is used for replacing traditional cement to serve as a curing material, the residue soil generated by the shield tunneling is cured and modified through the curing material, meanwhile, the two building solid wastes, namely powder in the building waste and the residue soil generated by shield tunneling excavation, are subjected to resource utilization, and a new thought is provided for consumption of the building solid wastes.
本发明公开了一种再生粉固化盾构渣土混合材料,该混合材料包括以下重量份含量的组分:盾构渣土100份、再生粉10‑30份、水20‑27份、氢氧化钠1.0‑3.0份、硅酸钠1.0‑3.0份。该材料可用于地基、路基材料。与现有技术相比,本发明以再生粉代替了传统的水泥作为固化材料,通过固化材料将盾构产生的渣土固化改性,同时资源化利用了建筑垃圾中占比较多的粉料,以及盾构开挖产生的渣土这两种建筑固废,为建筑固废的消纳提供新思路。
