The preparation method comprises the following steps: synthesizing SrTiO3 from SrCO3 and TiO2, then partially reducing Ti<4+> in the SrTiO3 into Ti<3+> in a high-temperature reducing atmosphere, mixing the reduced SrTiO3 with Sr(NO3)2, and forming R-P phase Sr4Ti3O1o on the surface through a reaction to prepare the SrTiO3-Sr4Ti3O10 core-shell structure material. According to the invention, the material is low in price, and the dielectric constant of the prepared dielectric is 10000; and the preparation process is simple, the operability is high, and the dielectric material provided by the invention can be widely applied to various capacitors.
