The clamping component comprises a first clamping part and a second clamping part which form a clamping cavity, and the steel rail is arranged in the clamping cavity in a penetrating mode; the first clamping part is clamped on one side of the first fishplate through the first padding component and the second padding component; the second clamping part is clamped on one side of the second fishplate through the third padding component; the auxiliary force application component is arranged in the mounting groove of the first clamping part; one end of the force application jacking component can penetrate through the first clamping part and the auxiliary force application component to abut against the second padding component, and the force application jacking component is in threaded connection with the auxiliary force application component.
