Prestressed fiber cloth lossless reinforcing device and method for locally reinforcing steel structure
The invention discloses a prestressed fiber cloth lossless reinforcing device and method for locally reinforcing a steel structure. The reinforcing device comprises a steel frame, an upper anchor plate, a fixing shaft, a lower anchor plate, a tensioning shaft, a tensioning screw and fiber cloth. The upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate are connected to the fixing shaft, the fixing shaft and the tensioning shaft are inserted into a notch of the steel frame, and the tensioning screw is connected with the tensioning shaft and the steel frame. During reinforcement, one end of the fiber cloth is fixed to the lower portion of the fixing shaft through the lower anchor plate, then the fiber cloth is wound around the tensioning shaft and the fixing shaft to the required layer number, and the other end of the fiber cloth is fixed to the upper portion of the fixing shaft through the upper anchor plate; after prestress is applied, surface treatment and gluing are conducted; and the reinforcing device is fixed to the surface of the steel structure through a magnetic fixator, redundant fiber cloth is cut off after the dipping glue is maintained, and the reinforcing device is taken down. Construction is easy and convenient, the reinforcing efficiency is high, punching and anchoring do not need to be conducted on the steel structure, and lossless reinforcing of the prestressed fiber cloth on the steel structure is achieved.
本发明公开了一种对钢结构局部加固的预应力纤维布无损加固装置及方法,加固装置包括钢架、上锚板、固定轴、下锚板、张拉轴、张拉螺杆和纤维布;上锚板和下锚板连接在固定轴上,固定轴和张拉轴插入到钢架的槽口中,张拉螺杆与张拉轴和钢架连接。本发明在加固时,将纤维布一端通过下锚板固定在固定轴下部,然后将纤维布绕张拉轴和固定轴缠绕至所需层数,并将另一端通过上锚板固定在固定轴上部;施加预应力后,进行表面处理和涂胶;通过磁力固定器将加固装置固定到钢结构表面,待浸渍胶养护后,裁剪多余纤维布,取下加固装置。本发明施工简便,加固效率高,无需对钢结构进行打孔锚固,实现了预应力纤维布对钢结构的无损加固。
