The invention aims to provide a roof leveling and waterproof integrated material layer and a preparation method thereof. The material layer comprises a polymer cement bottom layer, a first tire base cloth layer, a polymer cement interlayer, a second tire base cloth layer, a polymer cement interlayer, a third tire base cloth layer and a polymer cement interlayer which are arranged in sequence; all the layers are bonded into a whole through polymer cement; the polymer cement bottom layer is formed by a bottom layer coating of which the mass ratio of a liquid material to a powder material is 1: (0.3-0.2); and the polymer cement interlayer is formed by an interlayer coating with a liquid material and a powder material in a mass ratio of 1: (1-1.5). The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to improve the adverse effect on the quality of a roof waterproof layer due to the unevenness and easy cracking of a roof leveling layer in the prior art. The material layer adopts a polymer cement coating as a leveling layer and a waterproof layer, the leveling layer and the waterproof layer are organically integrated, the double effects of leveling and waterproof are achieved, the self weight of the structure can be reduced, the engineering cost is saved, and therefore the material layer is more practical.
本发明目的是提供一种屋面找平及防水一体化材料层及其制备方法。所述材料层包括依次设置的聚合物水泥底层、第一胎基布层、聚合物水泥夹层、第二胎基布层、聚合物水泥夹层、第三胎基布层和聚合物水泥夹层；各层之间通过聚合物水泥粘结为一个整体；聚合物水泥底层由液料和粉料质量比为1:0.3～0.2的底层涂料形成；聚合物水泥夹层由液料和粉料质量比为1:1～1.5的夹层涂料形成。本发明解决的技术问题是改进现有技术中因屋面找平层不平整及易开裂而对屋面防水层质量的不良影响。所述材料层采用聚合物水泥涂料作为找平层和防水层，将二者有机地融为一体，不但具有找平和防水的双重功效，而且还可降低结构自重、节约工程成本，从而更加适于实用。
