The invention provides a complete treatment system and method for resourceful deep utilization of dolomite. The system comprises a primary calcination device, a carbon dioxide trapping device, a digestion device, a carbonization separation device, a pyrolysis device and a secondary calcination device, wherein the primary calcination device comprises a dolomite calcination furnace, a plurality of coamings and an exhaust pipe; an exhaust chamber is defined by the coamings, the top of the dolomite calcining furnace and the outer wall of a blanking bin; the exhaust chamber communicates with the carbon dioxide trapping device through the exhaust pipe; the carbonization separation device comprises a carbonization reaction tank, and a gas inlet of the carbonization reaction tank communicates with a gas outlet of the carbon dioxide trapping device; and the pyrolysis device comprises a pyrolysis kettle and a vacuum pump, and the vacuum pump maintains a negative pressure state in the pyrolysis kettle. According to the invention, process flow can be optimized, energy consumption can be reduced, a resource utilization degree can be improved, and calcium and magnesium can be separated more completely.
