Micro-expansive and strong-impermeability cement-based grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cement-based grouting material with micro-expansion and strong impermeability. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-113 parts of a matrix material, 5-12 parts of a composite activator and 95-125 parts of water, wherein the base material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of Portland cement clinker, 5-20 parts of silica fume, 13-22 parts of silicon-calcium slag, 20-45 parts of coal-fired slag and 5-13 parts of bentonite; and the composite activator comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-35 parts of solid sodium silicate, 8-30 parts of magnesium oxide and 5-19 parts of calcium sulfate. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cement-based grouting material with micro-expansion and strong impermeability. The cement-based grouting material is obviously superior to P.O42.5 cement in the aspects of single performance and comprehensive performance, particularly has relatively high shrinkage resistance and impermeability, is more suitable for lining anti-seepage treatment of underground engineering, and has the advantages of stable volume, impermeability, durability, adjustable setting time, economy, environmental protection and the like.
