The invention discloses a high-wear-resistance sintered Al2O3-ZrO2-C sliding plate brick and a preparation method thereof. Raw materials for producing the product comprise, by weight, 40-60% of Si powder modified tabular corundum particles, 2-30% of a zirconium-containing raw material, 15-25% of tabular corundum fine powder, 3-10% of alpha-Al2O3 micro powder, 1-6% of Si powder, 1-5% of carbon black, 0.5-2% of B4C powder and 3-5% of a phenolic resin binding agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the Si powder modified tabular corundum particles, accurately weighing the components in percentage by weight, mixing for 20-30 minutes, discharging, ageing for 12-24 hours, molding by using a press, drying the molded green brick, burying carbon or sintering at high temperature in a nitrogen atmosphere, thereby obtaining the sintered Al2O3-ZrO2-C sliding plate brick. The sintered Al2O3-ZrO2-C sliding plate brick produced by the method disclosed by the invention has relatively high high-temperature breaking strength and good wear resistance, and the service life of the sintered Al2O3-ZrO2-C sliding plate can be prolonged.
本发明公开了一种高耐磨烧成Al2O3‑ZrO2‑C滑板砖及其制备方法,生产该产品所用原料的各组分按重量百分比分别为:Si粉改性板状刚玉颗粒(40‑60%),含锆原料(2‑30%),板状刚玉细粉(15‑25%),α‑Al2O3微粉(3‑10%),Si粉(1‑6%),炭黑(1‑5%),B4C粉(0.5‑2%),酚醛树脂结合剂(3‑5%)。制备方法如下:先制得Si粉改性板状刚玉颗粒,再准确称量按重量百分比计的各组分,混练20‑30分钟后出料,困料12‑24h后,用压机成型,成型的砖坯经干燥、埋炭或氮气气氛下高温烧成,制得烧成Al2O3‑ZrO2‑C滑板砖。本发明中所生产的烧成Al2O3‑ZrO2‑C滑板砖,具有较高的高温抗折强度,良好的耐磨性,可提高烧成Al2O3‑ZrO2‑C滑板的使用寿命。
