本发明提出一种高延性绿色节能防脱落双层保温建筑结构及其施工方法,该结构中砌体结构的墙体外部由高延性U形保温复合板包裹,高延性U形保温复合板外面设置有饰面涂层,建筑结构纵向由钢筋混凝土框架柱进行支撑,钢筋混凝土框架柱外周套有高延性立方体复合套筒,在高延性立方体复合套筒指定位置设置若干孔洞,横向穿入拉结筋。解决了建筑外墙结构抗拉性能差、延性差、抗剪切性能差以及整体性和抗震性能弱,保温材料施工过程复杂,保温层易脱落,钢筋混凝土框架柱的成型过程复杂,以及考虑到组成混凝土原材料的水泥生产过程会释放大量的CO2等问题,本发明在施工质量、施工成本、施工进度和房屋建筑的美观性方面较现有技术均具有显著优势。
