The invention discloses an excavator boom energy-saving system based on a combined type energy-saving hydraulic cylinder. The system is characterized in that: an original hydraulic system of an excavator is transformed into the excavator movable arm energy-saving system with an energy-saving effect on the basis of a combined type energy-saving hydraulic cylinder structure. The system mainly comprises a hydraulic pump power output part, a reversing valve group part, a control part, a hydraulic cylinder group part, a hydraulic energy-saving system data transmission part, a linear mechanical node, an excavator FMU module and a movable arm energy-saving part. Energy is recycled when a movable arm descends, and energy is reutilized when the movable arm ascends; and the FMU module in the system can perform joint simulation on the system and an external excavator kinetic model. A certain energy-saving effect can be achieved without large-scale modification on an original hydraulic system and a movable arm structure, and a certain engineering application value is achieved.
本发明公开了一种基于组合式节能型液压缸的挖掘机动臂节能系统,该系统在组合式节能型液压缸结构的基础上将挖掘机原有液压系统改造成具有节能效果的挖掘机动臂节能系统,系统主要有液压泵动力输出部分、换向阀组部分、控制部分、液压缸组部分、液压节能系统数据传输部分、线性机械节点、挖掘机FMU模块、动臂节能部分,通过动臂的下降时进行能量回收,动臂上升时进行能量再利用;该系统中的FMU模块能够将该系统与外部挖掘机动力学模型进行联合仿真。此发明不需要在原有的液压系统及动臂结构上进行大范围的改动而达到一定的节能效果,具有一定的工程应用价值。
