Closed-cell perlite composite thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a closed-cell perlite composite thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of thermal insulation materials. The closed-cell perlite composite thermal insulation material is prepared from the following raw materials including hydrophobic closed-cell carbonized expanded perlite, an alkaline binder, rock wool fibers and bentonite; and the expanded perlite and a sucrose solution are mixed and then subjected to high-temperature carbonization to obtain carbonized expanded perlite, the carbonized expanded perlite is added into decanoic acid-palmitic acid for adsorption to obtain a carbonized expanded perlite composite material, an acrylic polymer emulsion is sprayed, and the surface of closed-cell expanded perlite is modified through a modified silane solution. The surface of the porous expanded perlite composite material is closed by spraying the acrylic polymer emulsion, and then the modified silane solution is sprayed on the expanded perlite subjected to pore closing of the acrylic polymer emulsion, so that Si-O functional groups can be grafted on an acrylic polymer film, the hydrophobicity and the mechanical strength of the acrylic polymer film are improved, the hydrophobicity of the expanded perlite is improved, so that the thermal insulation performance of the composite thermal insulation material is improved.
本发明涉及一种闭孔珍珠岩复合保温材料及其制备方法,属于保温材料技术领域,包括以下质量份原料:疏水闭孔碳化膨胀珍珠岩、碱性粘结剂、岩棉纤维和皂土,膨胀珍珠岩与蔗糖溶液混合后经高温碳化,得到碳化膨胀珍珠岩,向癸酸‑棕榈酸中加入碳化膨胀珍珠岩进行吸附,得到碳化膨胀珍珠岩复合材料,喷涂丙烯酸聚合物乳液,通过改性硅烷溶液对闭孔膨胀珍珠岩表面改性。丙烯酸聚合物乳液的喷涂实现对多孔膨胀珍珠岩复合材料表面的闭孔,再在丙烯酸聚合物乳液闭孔的膨胀珍珠岩喷涂改性硅烷溶液,能够在丙烯酸聚合物膜上接枝Si‑O官能团,提高丙烯酸聚合物膜的疏水性和机械强度,提高了膨胀珍珠岩的疏水性,进而提升复合保温材料的保温性能。
