Flaky silver glossy ceramic rock plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a flaky silver glossy ceramic rock plate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: applying cover glaze on the surface of a green brick; carrying out ink-jet printing on the surface of the green brick subjected to overglaze application to form a pattern; scattering zirconium sheets of which the main phase composition is tetragonal system zirconium oxide on the surface of the green brick subjected to ink-jet printing of the pattern; applying transparent glaze on the surface of the green brick after the zirconium sheets are scattered; and sintering and polishing the green brick with the transparent glaze until at least part of zirconium sheets are exposed out of the surface of the transparent glaze layer to obtain the flaky silver glossy ceramic rock plate. According to the method, high-refractive-index zirconium oxide composed of specific phases is made into a zirconium sheet form and is scattered on the surface of the green brick, and by means of the refractive index difference value between the zirconium sheet and a glass phase formed after firing of transparent glaze, the glaze surface of the decoration part of the zirconium sheet has a light reflecting effect, and irradiation of a strong light condition is not needed; and the glaze surface can be seen to have silver reflective luster under the condition of natural light.
本发明公开一种片状银色光泽陶瓷岩板及制备方法。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:在砖坯表面施面釉;在施面釉后的砖坯表面喷墨打印图案;在喷墨打印图案后的砖坯表面布撒主要物相组成为四方晶系氧化锆的锆片;在布撒锆片后的砖坯表面施透明釉;将施透明釉后的砖坯烧成以及抛光至至少部分锆片露出透明釉层表面,获得所述片状银色光泽陶瓷岩板。所述方法将特定物相组成的高折射率氧化锆制备成锆片的形式并将其布撒在砖坯表面,借助锆片与透明釉烧成后形成的玻璃相之间的折射率差值促使在锆片装饰部位的釉面具有反光效果,无需强光条件照射,在自然光线条件下即可看到釉面具有银色反光光泽。
