The invention discloses a ballastless track plate and a production method thereof. The ballastless track plate comprises a steel rail body, a track plate body and a concrete base, the track plate body is installed at the top of an emulsified asphalt mortar layer, bosses are fixedly installed on the two sides of the top of the track plate body, grooves are formed in the tops of the bosses, and lower height adjusting base plates are installed on the two sides in the grooves in an embedded mode; a lower elastic base plate is installed between the lower height adjusting base plates, an iron base plate is installed on the top of the lower elastic base plate, a partition plate is installed on the top of the lower height adjusting base plates, limiting plates are installed on the two sides of the top of the partition plate, upper base plates are installed on the tops of the limiting plates, and screw spikes are movably installed in the upper base plates; steel rail bodies are installed on the tops of the partition plates between the limiting plates. By adopting a cast-in-place mode, the situation that the ballastless track plate cannot be used due to the fact that the ballastless track plate does not conform to the field size after being cast in a factory can be effectively avoided, the stability of the device is improved, the device is convenient to connect during use, and the use process is optimized.
