The invention discloses a large-span underground space construction method based on an open pit. A foundation layer, a bottom artificial water-resisting layer, a bottom water guide layer, a rectangular supporting dam, a reinforcing top, an upper artificial water-resisting layer, an upper hydrophobic layer, a normal soil discharging layer, a top artificial water-resisting layer and a top hydrophobic layer are sequentially built in the pit from bottom to top. The method is advantaged in that the strip mine pit is fully utilized for construction, the space utilization rate is increased, space construction and strip mine dumping are conducted synchronously, and the influence on mine production is small; a lot of strip mine stripping materials are adopted, material cost is reduced, and meanwhile the dumping capacity of a dumping site is not affected. Anchor point reinforcement is conducted through the strip mine end slope, the anchor point tensile strength is improved, and construction cost is reduced. After dumping of the dumping site, the waste further applies pressure to the anchor points, and the tensile strength of the anchor points is improved. The rectangular supporting dam strengthens the tensile strength and shear resistance of the steel cables in the vertical direction section by section, and stability of the reinforced top is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于露天矿坑的大跨度地下空间构筑方法,矿坑内由下至上依次修筑基础层、底层人工隔水层、底层导水层、矩形支撑坝、加强顶、上层人工隔水层、上层疏水层、正常排土层、顶层人工隔水层和顶层疏水层;本发明充分利用露天矿矿坑进行构建,提高空间利用率,空间构筑施工与露天矿排土同步进行,对矿山生产影响小;大量采用露天矿剥离物料,减少材料成本,同时不影响排土场排土容量。采用露天矿端帮进行锚点加固,提高锚点抗拉强度,减少施工成本。排土场排土后,排弃物对锚点进一步施加压力,提高锚点抗拉强度。矩形支撑坝逐段强化钢索在垂直方向上的抗拉抗剪,提高加强顶的稳定性。
