The beam column adopts a circular steel pipe concrete column and is arranged at the intersection of the longitudinal beam and the cross beam, the beam column is connected with the longitudinal beam and the cross beam through an outer reinforcing ring, and the outer reinforcing ring is provided with an inner reinforcing ring at the corresponding position in a column pipe of the beam column. Through the stress characteristics of the self structure of the arched beam, the deflection deformation and crack width of the beam are effectively controlled, and the self structure size and reinforcement are optimized; and meanwhile, the thrust of the arched beams to the adjacent span beams is utilized, the structural size and reinforcement of the adjacent span beams are optimized, the design of the underground large-span beam is met, and meanwhile the engineering investment can be saved.
本发明提供了一种地下结构大跨度梁及其施工方式,涉及地下工程技术领域,包括纵梁、横梁和梁柱,所述纵梁包括中间的拱梁和分别连接拱梁两端的直梁;所述横梁与纵梁在水平面内相互垂直,组成顶梁,所述纵梁和横梁均由型钢和外包型钢的混凝土的组成;所述梁柱采用圆形钢管混凝土柱,设置在纵梁与横梁的交叉处,所述梁柱与纵梁及横梁通过外加强环进行连接,所述外加强环在梁柱柱管内对应位置设有内加强环。本发明通过拱形梁自身结构的受力特点,有效控制梁的挠度变形及裂缝宽度,优化自身结构尺寸及配筋;同时利用拱形梁对相邻跨梁的推力,优化相邻跨梁的结构尺寸及配筋,满足地下大跨度梁设计的同时还能够节省工程投资。
