The invention discloses a mounting method of an arc-shaped net rack roof profiled color steel plate. The mounting method comprises the steps that an automobile crane runs to one side of an arc-shaped net rack and is located at one end of the arc-shaped net rack; a tile press is fixed to a cargo boom of an automobile crane, a conveying mechanism is installed at the rear end of the cargo boom, meanwhile, a steel coil support is fixed to the ground at the rear end of the automobile crane, and then a color steel plate on the steel coil support is conveyed through the conveying mechanism and then connected with an inlet of the tile press; the inclination angle of the cargo boom is adjusted; the tile press is started, the pressed profiled color steel plate is conveyed forwards to the arc-shaped grid roof, field installation operators assist in conveying and convey the profiled color steel plate to a position to be installed, the tile press is stopped, and then installation of the profiled color steel plate is completed; and the automobile crane and the steel coil support are moved to the next installation position at the same time, and the steps are repeated to complete installation of all the profiled color steel plates on the arc-shaped net rack roof. The mounting method can effectively guarantee the mounting quality and improve the mounting efficiency.

本发明公开了一种弧形网架屋面压型彩钢板的安装方法，包括：将汽车起重机行驶至弧形网架一侧且位于弧形网架其中一端部；在汽车起重机的起重臂上固定压瓦机，并在起重臂后端端部安装传送机构，同时在汽车起重机后端的地面上固定钢卷支架，然后将钢卷支架上的彩钢板经传送机构传送后与压瓦机进口连接；调节起重臂的倾斜角度；开启压瓦机，压制好的压型彩钢板向前输送至弧形网架屋面上，现场安装作业人员协助输送并将压型彩钢板输送至待安装位置，关闭压瓦机，随后完成该片压型彩钢板的安装；将汽车起重机和钢卷支架同时移动至下一安装位置，重复上述步骤完成弧形网架屋面上所有压型彩钢板的安装。该安装方法能有效保证安装质量和提高安装效率。
