The invention relates to a steel structure roof net rack mounting method which comprises the following steps: building a building outer wall on the ground, mounting a hinge and preparing a chord frame; selecting and hoisting a preorder chord frame; hoisting the subsequent chord frame and folding and welding the subsequent chord frame and the previous chord frame; and the steps are repeated till all the chord frames are folded and welded into a whole, and then construction is finished. According to the technical scheme, when the chord frame is assembled in the air, one end of the chord frame is always connected with the building outer wall through the hinge, so that the end of the chord frame can act as a positioning reference or a supporting base point, the chord frame can be conveniently aligned when being assembled in the air, the attitude of the chord frame in the air is controlled, the assembly error is reduced, and meanwhile, compared with the prior art, the assembly efficiency is improved. Compared with the prior art, the construction method has the advantages that the device load required for assembling the chord frame in the air is smaller, the input cost of construction equipment is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the chord frame can be folded to form an arc-shaped dome or a spherical dome, and the application range is wider compared with the prior art.
本发明涉及一种钢结构屋面网架安装方法,包括以下步骤:在地面上修筑建筑外墙,安装铰链并制备弦框;选择并起吊前序弦框;起吊后序弦框并与前序弦框合拢焊接;重复前述步骤直至所有弦框合拢焊接为一体后施工结束。采用本发明所的技术方案,在空中拼装弦框时,弦框的一端始终通过铰链与建筑外墙连接,使弦框的该端可以作用定位基准或支承基点,便于使弦框在空中拼装时进行找正,并且控制弦框的空中姿态,从而减少了装配误差,同时,相比现有技术,空中拼装弦框所需设备负荷更小,降低了施工设备投入成本,并提高了施工效率,该施工方法还可以使弦框合拢组成弧形穹顶或球面穹顶,相比现有技术适用范围更为广。
