The invention relates to an alkali-free liquid setting accelerator based on superfine limestone suspended polyaluminum sulfate and a preparation method thereof. The alkali-free liquid setting accelerator is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 55-61% of polyaluminum sulfate octadecahydrate, 9.7-10.7% of light limestone powder, 0.6-1.1% of organic alkali, 0.8-2.2% of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 0.5-0.8% of thickening agent and 24.2-33.4% of water. The alkali-free liquid setting accelerator provided by the invention is not only alkali-free, chlorine-free and fluorine-free, green and environment-friendly, but also has an excellent rapid setting effect, can remarkably shorten the setting time of cement paste and greatly improve the early strength of sprayed concrete, and has a relatively high later strength retention rate. When the dosage of the setting acelerator is 7-9%, all the properties meet the requirements of GB/T 35159-2017 Accelerator for Sprayed Concrete on the alkali-free liquid setting acelerator.
本发明涉及一种基于超细石灰石悬浮聚合硫酸铝的无碱液体速凝剂及其制备方法,所述无碱液体速凝剂原料及其质量百分比为:十八水聚合硫酸铝55‑61%,轻质石灰石粉9.7‑10.7%,有机碱0.6‑1.1%,聚羧酸减水剂0.8‑2.2%,增稠剂0.5‑0.8%,水24.2‑33.4%。本发明提供的无碱液体速凝剂不仅无碱无氯无氟、绿色环保,而且速凝效果出色,能显著缩短水泥净浆的凝结时间,大幅提高喷射混凝土的早期强度,具有较高的后期强度保留率,该速凝剂在掺量为7‑9%时,各项性能均已达到《GB/T 35159‑2017喷射混凝土用速凝剂》对无碱液体速凝剂的要求。
