The invention discloses a ballastless track structure foundation settlement repairing method. The method comprises the following steps: determining a settlement area range, and measuring settlement data of a settlement area; digging construction planes with set depths above and below the foundations on the two sides of the settlement area, and enabling the construction planes to extend into the lower end of the base plate by a set width; casting a concrete supporting platform in place on the construction plane, and performing curing and hardening; installing a lifting device on the concrete supporting platform to support the base plate; lifting the base plate by a set height through a lifting device, and forming mechanical support for the state of the lifting device through a mechanical self-locking assembly on the lifting device; pouring mortar between the lifted base plate and the foundation, and curing and hardening the poured mortar; and repeating the steps S5-S6 till the foundation and the ballastless track structure meet the design requirement, then dismantling the lifting device, backfilling the construction plane on the foundation to the initial state, and compacting backfilled soil.
