Fabricated cornice sloping roof and installation and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated cornice parapet wall and an installation and construction method thereof. The fabricated cornice parapet wall comprises a concrete-poured parapet wall, a concrete-poured cornice connected with the parapet wall, structural steel bars and cross beam grooves which are arranged in the parapet wall and the cornice, and preformed holes in which structural columns can be placed. The installation and construction method comprises the following steps: firstly, fixing the lower parts of the vertical steel bars of the parapet wall structure columns in the boundary beams during roof construction of a main body structure, then hoisting the fabricated cornice parapet wall on the boundary beams, and inserting the upper parts of the vertical steel bars of the parapet wall structure columns, which extend outwards, into installation holes reserved in the fabricated cornice parapet wall; and fixing the parapet wall on the edge beam, and pouring concrete in the mounting hole and the cross beam groove. The prefabricated parapet wall structure with the cornice has the advantages that the forming quality is high, the construction efficiency can be greatly improved during assembly and installation, the engineering quality and the installation operation safety are ensured, the installation speed is increased, and the parapet wall structure can be more firmly combined with a roof of a main body structure.
本发明公开一种装配式挑檐女儿墙和其安装施工方法。本发明的装配式挑檐女儿墙，包括：混凝土浇筑的女儿墙和混凝土浇筑的与女儿墙连接的挑檐，以及置于女儿墙内和挑檐内的结构钢筋及横梁槽和其内可置入结构柱的预留孔。本发明的安装施工方法是先在主体结构的屋面施工时在边梁内固定女儿墙结构柱竖向钢筋的下部，再将装配式挑檐女儿墙吊装于边梁上并使外伸的女儿墙结构柱竖向钢筋上部插入装配式挑檐女儿墙上预留的安装孔内，并将女儿墙固定于边梁上，浇筑安装孔及横梁槽内混凝土。本发明的优点预制带有挑檐的装配式女儿墙结构成型质量高，装配安装时可大大提高施工效率，确保工程质量及安装操作安全，提高了安装速度，并可使其与主体结构的屋面有更为牢固的结合。
