Construction method for widening existing river-crossing tunnel
According to the widening construction method for the existing river-crossing tunnel, high-position and low-position cast-in-situ bored piles are constructed underwater, groove-shaped prefabricated plates are connected with the high-position cast-in-situ bored piles and long and short mortise and tenon cofferdams in a sealed mode, water pumping and mud discharging are conducted in the cofferdams, and the construction environment for widening the tunnel is formed. In addition, by means of the main function of the groove type prefabricated plates in construction, a concave ship channel is formed in river water, and passing of ships and vehicles is facilitated. According to the scheme, the construction method of the concave groove type prefabricated slab and the cofferdam is utilized, tunnel widening construction in the cofferdam is not affected, normal passing of ships on the river surface is not affected, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced due to the fact that construction of the whole span of the river surface is not needed; and on the other hand, the groove type prefabricated slab can be detached and reused, can be used for many times, and conforms to the economical and green construction concept.
本发明提供一种既有过江隧道拓宽施工方法,通过水下施工高低位钻孔灌注桩,利用槽型预制板与高位钻孔灌注桩以及长短榫卯围堰密封衔接,围堰内进行抽水排泥,形成隧道拓宽的施工环境。另外,利用槽型预制板在施工中的主要作用,江水中呈现凹字型的船只通道,方便船辆通行。此方案利用凹字槽型预制板与围堰的施工工法,既不影响围堰内隧道拓宽施工,又不影响江面上船舶正常通行,不仅提高了施工效率,而且由于非必要整跨江面施工,降低了施工成本;另一方面,槽型预制板能够拆卸并重复使用,可多次利用,符合经济绿色的施工理念。
