The invention relates to a distributed traction type culvert or tunnel reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof. The distributed traction type culvert or tunnel reinforcing structure comprises a plurality of corrugated steel reinforcing units, a guide rail and a traction device, wherein the guide rail is laid on an excavation bottom face in an existing culvert or tunnel, and the traction device is arranged at a tunnel exit and comprises a winch and a plurality of traction steel wire ropes; an end of the traction steel wire rope is provided with a drag hook which can be hooked with the corrugated steel reinforcing unit; the corrugated steel reinforcing unit is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of corrugated steel plates, grouting holes are formed in the corrugated steel reinforcing unit, and flange plates are arranged at two ends of the corrugated steel reinforcing unit. The reinforcing structure is advantaged in that the modular O-shaped or n-shaped corrugated steel reinforcing units are adopted, so distributed reinforcement of culverts or tunnels with different reinforcement requirements can be completed; construction inconvenience caused by insufficient construction space of the culvert or the tunnel is greatly reduced, errors and defects of on-site assembly construction of the corrugated steel are reduced, the quality and efficiency of on-site construction are improved, and the strength of the repairing and reinforcing structure of the culvert or the tunnel is improved.
