The rotary cutting and crushing device comprises a box body, wherein the top of the box body is provided with a feeding port, an upper portion of a side surface of the box body is provided with a discharging port, the bottom of the side surface is provided with an air inlet, and a cavity used for rotary cutting and crushing of blast furnace slag liquid is formed in the box body; a rotary cutting unit comprising a motor, a frequency converter and rotary cutting fan blades, wherein the rotary cutting fan blades extend into the box body and are positioned below the feeding port; a liquid slag feeding unit comprising a liquid slag runner, wherein the front end of the liquid slag runner is matched with a liquid slag feeding port; and a pneumatic conveying unit comprising a high-pressure air blower or a high-pressure exhaust fan, wherein an air outlet of the high-pressure air blower is connected and communicates with the air inlet or an air opening of the high-pressure exhaust fan is connected and communicates with the air outlet, and an axis of the air outlet is perpendicular to a gravity direction. According to the device disclosed by the invention, a relatively good granulating effect on liquid blast furnace slag is achieved, the cooled slag is high in glass body content and relatively small in particle size, and pneumatic transportation and waste heat recovery are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种液态高炉渣旋转切割破碎装置,属于冶金行业高炉渣处理技术领域。包括箱体,顶部开设进料口,侧面上部开设出料口,侧面底部开设进风口,内部形成用于高炉渣液旋转切割破碎的腔体;旋转切割单元包括电动机、变频器以及旋转切割扇叶,旋转切割扇叶伸入箱体内且位于进料口的下方;液态渣给料单元包括液态渣流道,液态渣流道前端配合有液态渣给料口;气力输送单元包括高压鼓风机或高压抽风机,高压鼓风机的出风口与所述进风口连接连通或高压抽风机风口与所述出风口连接连通,且出风口的轴线与重力方向相垂直。本发明的装置对液态高炉渣具有较好的粒化效果,冷却后的渣玻璃体含量高且粒度较小,有利于气力运输及余热回收。
