The invention provides an underground filling cementing material for a metal mine. The underground filling cementing material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 70 to 80 parts of granulated blast furnace slag micro powder, 3.75 to 10 parts of cement clinker, 3.75 to 7.5 parts of quick lime, 10 to 20 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 1.25 to 2.5 parts of sodium carbonate and 1.25 to 2.5 parts of sodium sulfate. Polar molecules or ions generated after sodium carbonate, sodium sulfate and lime are dissolved in water are utilized to destroy structures such as silica tetrahedrons and alumina tetrahedrons of the slag, so that the slag is dispersed in a solvent, and then the slag generates gelling property under the co-excitation action of the lime, cement clinker and gypsum. The gelling agent can be well compatible with blast furnace slag powder and other materials in most regions of the country, and is convenient to use and high in capability of adjusting measures to local conditions. The invention further provides a preparation method and application of the metal mine underground filling cementing material.
