Mine filling cementing material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a mine filling cementing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The mine filling cementing material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 62-72 parts of red mud; 5-15 parts of carbide slag and 8-18 parts of desulfurized gypsum; 2 to 8 parts of bentonite; and 2-8 parts of bauxite. The red mud, the carbide slag and the desulfurized gypsum react with one another, so that a large amount of hydration products such as ettringite, C-S-H gel and cancrinite are formed, the hydration products can be well cured when being filled into a mine and have high compressive strength, the compressive strength of the hydration products exceeds 1.5 MPa, and the hydration products can be well cured when being filled into the mine. The requirements of existing specifications on mine filling materials are met. Besides, the raw materials are basically solid wastes which are recycled, the cost is low, the environment-friendly effect is realized, and the wastes can be recycled on a large scale, so that the mine filling cementing material disclosed by the invention can be completely used as a green alternative scheme for filling the goaf of the mine in the prior art.
本发明公开了一种矿山充填胶凝材料及其制备方法和应用,包括以下质量份数的原料:赤泥62~72份;电石渣5~15份,脱硫石膏8~18份;膨润土2~8份;铝矾土2~8份。本发明利用赤泥、电石渣和脱硫石膏三者之间的相互反应,从而形成大量的钙矾石、C‑S‑H凝胶、钙霞石等水化产物,这些水化产物在填充到矿山中时能够很好的固化并具有较高的抗压强度,其抗压强度均超过1.5MPa,满足现有规范对矿山填充材料的要求。此外,本发明中的原料基本都是固体废物的再次利用,成本低,对环境友好,可以大规模的实现废物回收利用,因此,本发明中的矿山充填胶凝材料完全可作为现有技术中矿山采空区充填的绿色替代方案。
