The invention discloses a two-component sludge-based unfired cementing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the two-component sludge-based unfired cementing material comprises the steps: a), enhancement treatment: adding an enhancement modifier into sludge and stirring and mixing, enabling the weight of the enhancement modifier to account for 0.1-3% of the weight of absolutely-dry sludge, and thus obtaining enhanced modified sludge; and b) polar treatment: dividing the enhanced modified sludge prepared in the step a) into two groups, respectively adding a water-soluble cationic modifier and a water-soluble anionic modifier into the two groups, stirring and mixing, enabling the weight of the cationic modifier and the weight of the anionic modifier respectively to account for 0.05-1% of the weight of the absolutely-dry sludge in the two groups, and thus respectively obtaining positive sludge and negative sludge. According to the invention, the unfired cementing material can be prepared by taking the sludge continuously generated in daily life of people and industrial and agricultural daily production as a basic raw material, and the unfired cementing material can replace cement to be used for preparing various cementing products.
本发明公开了一种双组份污泥基免烧胶凝材料及其制备方法和应用,一种双组份污泥基免烧胶凝材料的制备方法包括a)增强处理:在污泥之中加入增强改性剂并搅拌混合,所述增强改性剂的重量占绝干的污泥的重量的0.1~3%,得到增强改性污泥;b)极性处理:将步骤a)中所制备的增强改性污泥分为两组,再在两组之中分别加入水溶性的阳离子改性剂和水溶性的阴离子改性剂并搅拌混合,所述阳离子改性剂和阴离子改性剂的重量分别占两组中绝干的污泥的重量的0.05~1%,分别得到阳性污泥和阴性污泥。本发明能够以人民日常生活和工农业日常生产所源源不断产生的污泥为基础原料制造免烧胶凝材料,替代水泥用于制造各种胶凝制品。
