Unfired ceramsite as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses unfired ceramsite as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The unfired ceramsite comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of municipal sludge; 20 to 25 parts of zeolite; 15 to 25 parts of vermiculite; and 5-10 parts of sodium alginate. According to the method, zeolite, vermiculite, sodium alginate and municipal sludge are selected as raw materials to prepare the unfired ceramsite, secondary pollution is avoided, and the prepared unfired ceramsite has high strength and proper density and can be used for sewage treatment. The vermiculite and the zeolite have good cation exchange performance, so that heavy metal ions in the municipal sludge can be effectively adsorbed/solidified and stabilized, and secondary pollution is prevented; as a doping material, sodium alginate can be combined with inorganic ions in municipal sludge to generate a stable body, so that the internal strength of the ceramsite is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种免烧陶粒及其制备方法和应用,其包括如下按重量份计算的原料:市政污泥40~60份;沸石20~25份;蛭石15~25份;海藻酸钠5~10份。本发明选择以沸石、蛭石、海藻酸钠和市政污泥为原料制备免烧陶粒,不会出现二次污染,且制备的免烧陶粒具有较高的强度和适宜的密度,能够用于污水处理。这是因为蛭石和沸石具有良好的阳离子交换性能,可以有效吸附/固化稳定市政污泥中的重金属离子,防止出现二次污染;海藻酸钠作为掺杂材料可以与市政污泥中的无机离子结合,生成稳定体,增强陶粒内部强度。
