The invention discloses a comprehensive polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problems that a polycarboxylate superplasticizer in the prior art is poor in adaptability, when a cement mixed material is changed, the state, the dispersing capacity and the dispersion keeping capacity of concrete are easily changed, and the use of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer in construction and masonry is influenced. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises 340-380 parts of ethylene glycol mono-vinyl polyoxyethylene ether, 360-400 parts of water, 20-30 parts of acrylic acid, 18-25 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate phosphate, 3-6 parts of an oxidizing agent, 1-3 parts of a chain transfer agent, 1-3 parts of a reducing agent and 0.2-0.5 part of a catalyst. The comprehensive polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the water reducing rate of 36% or above, is excellent in workability and performance, has good slump retaining and water reducing capacities, and realizes the product performance of a phosphate polycarboxylate superplasticizer; and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has good adaptability to changes of materials such as concrete, gravel and the like.
本发明公开了一种综合型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中的羧酸减水剂适应性差,当水泥混配的材料发生变化,容易造成凝土的状态、分散能力和分散保持能力变化,影响其在施工砌筑中使用的技术问题。它包括乙二醇单乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚340‑380份,水360‑400份,丙烯酸20‑30份,羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯18‑25份,氧化剂3‑6份,链转移剂1‑3份,还原剂1‑3份,催化剂0.2‑0.5份。本发明的制备出的综合型聚羧酸减水剂减水率在36%以上,和易性和表现优异,具备良好的保坍和减水能力,实现了磷酸酯聚羧酸减水剂的产品性能;该减水剂面对混凝土砂石等材料发生变化具有较好的适应性。
