When a prefabricated part is manufactured, the steel bar needs to be straightened firstly, at the moment, a semi-grouting sleeve needs to be arranged on the steel bar in a sleeving mode firstly, then concrete is poured to complete manufacturing of the prefabricated part, and concrete is directly poured into a full-grouting sleeve to complete manufacturing of the prefabricated part. During on-site installation, the elastic steel sheets are welded on the reinforcing steel bars firstly, then the grouting sleeve is sleeved, grouting materials are poured at least to overflow, and the whole construction process is completed after a slurry opening is blocked. In the process of sleeving the grouting sleeve, the reinforcing steel bars need to overcome the rigidity of the elastic steel sheets and the friction force between the steel sheets and the inner wall of the sleeve so as to perform self-centering. And the probability of generating defects during grouting of the centered grouting sleeve is much lower, so that the connection strength and the anti-seismic property of the grouting sleeve are integrally improved. The method has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to construct, small in material consumption, good in effect and the like, has a good use prospect and can be widely applied to fabricated buildings.
本发明公开了一种可实现套筒钢筋自对中的钢筋构造及作法,预制构件制作时需先进行钢筋调直,半灌浆套筒此时需要先套入钢筋上再浇灌混凝土完成预制构件制作,全灌浆套筒直接浇灌混凝土完成预制构件制作。现场安装时先在钢筋上焊接弹性钢片,再套入灌浆套筒,灌入灌浆料至少许溢出,封堵好浆料口后即完成整个施工流程。在套入灌浆套筒的过程中,钢筋需要克服弹性钢片自身的刚度和钢片与套筒内壁的摩擦力,以此来进行自对中。进行对中后的灌浆套筒在灌浆时产生缺陷的几率小很多,整体上提高了灌浆套筒连接的强度和抗震性能。本发明具有结构简单、施工便捷、耗材较小、效果较好等优点,具有良好的使用前景,可广泛应用于装配式建筑当中。
