The invention discloses steam-cured concrete and a preparation method thereof. The steam-cured concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 400 parts of cement, 40 to 80 parts of metakaolin, 40 to 80 parts of nickel slag powder, 100 to 200 parts of mineral powder, 600 to 800 parts of fine aggregate, 900 to 1300 parts of coarse aggregate, 10 to 50 parts of fiber pipes, 100 to 130 parts of water, 1 to 10 parts of an aggregate treating agent and 3 to 10 parts of a water reducing agent. According to the method, the SO3 content of the cement is firstly controlled, the coarse aggregate treating agent is arranged, low water consumption and a low water cement ratio are adopted, the fiber pipes are adopted for supplementing water for later hydration of the steam-cured concrete, so the problems that the later strength of the steam-cured concrete is insufficient and durability is poor are solved.
本发明公开了一种蒸养混凝土及其制备方法,所述蒸养混凝土由以下重量份原料组成:水泥200‑400份、偏高岭土40‑80份、镍渣粉40‑80份、矿粉100‑200份、细骨料600‑800份,粗骨料900‑1300、纤维管10‑50份、水100‑130份、骨料处理剂1‑10份、减水剂3‑10份。本发明采用的水泥首先控制水泥的SO3含量,设置有粗骨料处理剂,采用了较低的用水量,较低的水灰比,还采用纤维管为蒸养混凝土的后期水化补水,解决了蒸养混凝土后期强度不足以及耐久性不良的问题。
