The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to an anhydrite/calcium carbonate reinforced steam-cured concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The adopted anhydrite is natural anhydrite powder, the anhydrite is used as a steam-cured concrete reinforcing material, the early mechanical property of the steam-cured concrete can be obviously improved by doping the anhydrite, and meanwhile, the development of the later mechanical property of the steam-cured concrete is ensured; by adding the calcium carbonate micro powder, on one hand, the effects of adjusting the setting time of the steam-cured concrete and delaying the early hydration rate of the cement are achieved, and on the other hand, the calcium carbonate micro powder has nucleation and filling effects, so that the steam-cured concrete has more excellent mechanical properties and a compact microstructure; by doping the anhydrite/calcium carbonate enhanced steam-cured concrete material, the problems of damage of a steam-cured process to a concrete structure, mechanical property reduction, pore structure coarsening and the like caused by the damage can be further reduced, the cracking risk of the steam-cured concrete is reduced, and the purpose of improving the durability of the steam-cured concrete is achieved.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种硬石膏/碳酸钙增强蒸养混凝土材料及其制备方法。本发明采用的硬石膏为天然硬石膏粉,硬石膏作为蒸养混凝土增强材料,其掺入能够明显提高蒸养混凝土早期力学性能,同时保证蒸养混凝土后期力学性能的发展;加入碳酸钙微粉一方面起到调节蒸养混凝土凝结时间,延缓水泥早期水化速率的作用,另一方面,碳酸钙微粉起到成核和填充效应,使蒸养混凝土具有更为优良的力学性能和致密的微观结构;硬石膏/碳酸钙增强蒸养混凝土材料掺入可进一步降低蒸养工艺对混凝土结构损伤以及由此带来的力学性能降低、孔结构粗化等问题,降低蒸养混凝土开裂风险,达到提高蒸养混凝土耐久性的目的。
