High-chromium corundum refractory brick for lining of high-temperature plasma melting furnace and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a high-chromium corundum refractory brick for a lining of a high-temperature plasma melting furnace. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding chromium corundum, clay, part of silicon carbide and part of corundum into fine powder, and premixing to obtain fine mixed powder; (2) grinding the high bauxite, the residual silicon carbide and the residual corundum into coarse powder, carrying out dry mixing, then mixing and grinding with a binding agent aqueous solution; (3) mixing the mixture in the step (2) with the fine powder in the step (1) to obtain a blank; and (4) forming, drying and sintering the blank in sequence to obtain the high-chromium corundum refractory brick for the lining of the high-temperature plasma melting furnace. The high-chromium corundum refractory brick provided by the invention has the advantages of erosion resistance, scouring resistance, good wear resistance, strong thermal shock resistance and long service lifetime, and the maintenance cost of a melting furnace is reduced.
本发明提供高温等离子熔融炉内衬用的高铬刚玉耐火砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将铬刚玉、粘土、部分碳化硅、部分刚玉研磨成细粉;预混得到细粉混粉;(2)将高铝矾土、剩余的碳化硅、剩余的刚玉研磨成粗粉,干混;然后再与结合剂水溶液混碾;(3)步骤(2)的混合物再与步骤(1)的细粉混粉净混得到坯料;(4)坯料依次经过成型、干燥、烧成,得到高温等离子熔融炉内衬用的高铬刚玉耐火砖。本发明提供的高铬刚玉耐火砖,抗侵蚀、抗冲刷、耐磨性好、热震性能强,并且使用寿命长,降低熔融炉的维护成本。
