The invention provides a refractory brick for a steel furnace lining and a preparation method of the refractory brick. The refractory brick comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-40% of macrocrystalline fused magnesite; 20-25% of crude dicalcium fused magnesite; 15 to 20% of fine dicalcium fused magnesite; 4-8% of fused spinel; 4-8% of sintered spinel; 4-8% of bimodal alumina; 5 to 10% of an AlSi12 alloy; 2 to 5 percent of Al-Mg alloy; 2-5% of boron carbide; the sum of the mass percentages of all the components is 100%. The refractory brick can be used during steel desulfurization smelting, is suitable for different desulfurization requirements and different smelting working conditions, and has the advantages of long service life, erosion resistance and good anti-stripping effect.
本发明提供一种炼钢炉炉衬用耐火砖及其制备方法,该耐火砖中各组分及其所占的质量百分比为:大结晶电熔镁砂35~40%;粗二钙电熔镁砂20~25%;细二钙电熔镁砂15‑20%;电熔尖晶石4~8%;烧结尖晶石4~8%;双峰氧化铝4~8%;AlSi12合金5~10%;Al‑Mg合金2~5%;碳化硼2~5%;各组分的质量百分数之和为100%。该耐火砖能够在钢种脱硫冶炼时使用、适用于不同脱硫需求、不同冶炼工况,具有寿命长、抗侵蚀、抗剥落效果良好的优点。
