Prefabricated UHPC components are fixedly installed at the bottom of a to-be-reinforced T-shaped beam bridge, the prefabricated UHPC components and the reinforced T-shaped beam bridge are fixed through mortar and embedded steel bars, and the fixing steps include the steps of manufacturing a UHPC formwork, installing side face pre-embedded shear bars, tensioning prestressed FRP bars through a pre-tensioning method, pouring the prefabricated UHPC components and maintaining the prefabricated UHPC components, and cutting the exposed FRP bars after maintaining is completed; transporting the UHPC prefabricated parts to the to-be-reinforced T-shaped beam bridge; processing the interface of the to-be-reinforced T-shaped beam bridge and the prefabricated UHPC component; installing the prefabricated UHPC component at the bottom of the to-be-reinforced T-shaped beam bridge; and pouring mortar to form a whole. The self-weight cannot be obviously increased, the cracking strength of the prestressed UHPC prefabricated part is high, the bearing capacity, rigidity and durability of the structure can be greatly improved, the assembly construction is combined with mortar rapid forming, and the interference of a reinforcement project on existing traffic can be greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种加固型T型梁桥及其加固方法,涉及桥梁加固技术领域。本发明在待加固T型梁桥的底部固定安装有预制UHPC构件,所述预制UHPC构件与加固T型梁桥之间通过砂浆及植筋进行固定,固定步骤:制作UHPC模板,安装侧面预埋剪力筋,先张法张拉预应力FRP筋,浇筑预制UHPC构件并进行养护,养护完成后切割外露FRP筋;运输UHPC预制构件至待加固T型梁桥处;对待加固T型梁桥与预制UHPC构件交接面进行处理;安装预制UHPC构件在待加固T型梁桥的底部;浇入砂浆形成整体。本发明不会显著增加自重,预应力UHPC预制件开裂强度高,可大幅度提高结构承载力、刚度及耐久性,装配化施工结合砂浆快速成型,可大幅减少加固工程对既有交通的干扰。
