The invention discloses a reinforcing device for a reinforced concrete T-shaped beam bridge and a construction method thereof.The reinforcing device comprises a similarly-n-shaped deformation formwork composed of two side plates and a bottom plate, the two side plates and the bottom plate are arranged in an obtuse angle mode, and at least two fixing supports are arranged on the two side plates at intervals; the back face of each fixing support is connected with a clamping mechanism, the fixing supports are pushed through the clamping mechanisms, then the deformation formworks are driven to wrap a T-shaped beam web of the reinforced concrete T-shaped beam bridge to be reinforced, prestress is applied to the T-shaped beam web, and meanwhile the deformation formworks and the T-shaped beam web are combined into a whole through high-strength fasteners in a cement mortar pouring mode. According to the reinforcing device, external prestress can be applied, the shear resistance and crack resistance of the structure are improved, the section size can be increased, the bearing capacity of a reinforcing component is improved, the advantages of a section increasing method and a steel plate pasting method are achieved, the reinforcing effect is remarkable, construction is convenient, and popularization is convenient.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土T形梁桥的加固装置及其施工方法,该加固装置包括由两侧板和底板组成类“匚”字型的变形模板,两侧板均与底板呈钝角设置,且在两侧板上、分别间距的设有至少两个固定支座,每个固定支座的背面联接有夹紧机构,通过夹紧机构推动固定支座进而带动变形模板包裹待加固钢筋混凝土T形梁桥的T形梁腹板并对其施加预应力,同时变形模板与T形梁腹板通过高强度的紧固件以及灌注水泥砂浆的方式结合为一体。本发明加固装置既能施加体外预应力、提升结构的抗剪、抗裂性能,又可增大截面尺寸,提高加固构件的承载能力,即兼具增大截面法与粘贴钢板法的优点,加固效果显著且施工方便,便于推广普及。
