The invention discloses a porous organic heavy metal adsorption material and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that organic solid waste containing OH <-> is dried till the water content is smaller than or equal to 20%, then the organic solid waste is smashed, the smashed organic solid waste is mixed with a strong alkali solution, standing is conducted for alkalization, the mixture and a sulfonation solution containing C = S bonds are subjected to a sulfonation reaction, and the organic heavy metal adsorption material is obtained. Filtering under the flushing of a magnesium salt solution and a neutral solution, mixing the obtained organic heavy metal adsorption material with concrete mortar, foaming, forming and curing to obtain the porous organic heavy metal adsorption material. The adsorption material prepared by the invention has high removal rate on Cu and Pb ions in water, overcomes the defects of light self weight, incapability of settling, difficulty in recycling in water and the like of a powdery porous adsorbent, is high in mechanical strength, strong in plasticity and good in sound insulation and heat insulation effects, and has better application value and application prospect in the fields of water treatment, sound insulation, heat preservation and heat insulation and the like.
本发明公开了一种多孔有机重金属吸附材料及其制备方法和应用,制备方法包括含OH‑的有机固体废弃物干燥至含水率≤20%,然后进行粉碎,再与强碱溶液混合并静置碱化,再与含C=S键的磺化溶液发生磺化反应,先后在镁盐溶液、中性溶液冲洗下过滤,将所得有机重金属吸附材料与混凝土砂浆混合、发泡、成型养护,得到多孔有机重金属吸附材料。本发明制备的吸附材料对水体中的Cu、Pb离子去除率高,弥补了粉末状多孔吸附剂自重轻、无法沉降、在水体中不易回收等不足,且吸附材料机械强度高、可塑性强、隔音隔热效果好,在水处理、隔音、保温隔热等领域具有较好的应用价值和应用前景。
