Method for improving bonding strength of concrete interface by spraying silica mortar
The invention discloses a method for improving the bonding strength of a concrete interface by spraying silica mortar. The method comprises the following steps: (1) chiseling a defect part on the surface of the old concrete, and cleaning the surface; (2) spraying a layer of silicon mortar on the surface of the treated concrete; and (3) the surface of the old concrete sprayed with the silicon mortar is covered with bonding mortar, and repairing of the concrete is completed. The method is suitable for repairing and reinforcing new and old concrete surfaces, and the silicon mortar sprayed on the old concrete surface enables a bonding interface to be more compact through a secondary hydration reaction, so that the bonding strength of the interface is improved. The silica fume is used in the form of dispersed slurry, so that the dust pollution problem in the transportation and use process of the silica fume can be reduced, and the problem that the dense silica fume is not easy to disperse is avoided. Meanwhile, the use amount of the silica fume is smaller, the method has more economic benefits, and the method is simple, easy to implement, green and environmentally friendly.
